By purchasing a ticket, you agree not to hold Gaslight Amusements and Ghost Tours, affiliates, and sponsors responsible for injuries or illness, damage to or loss or personal property, or any other perceived personal harm.
Gaslight Amusements and Ghost Tours are not responsible for personal items left in vehicles, and we are unable to store your items during the tour.
Photography is permitted, however recording devices of any type are not permitted on tours unless authorized by Gaslight Amusements.
Guest are responsible for reading the F.A.Q and disclaimer before purchasing a ticket, and Gaslight Amusements is not responsible for guest who do not read or misreads information presented herein.
There are no refunds for any reason, so please review the date and time of your tour before purchasing. Tickets are also nontransferable and are not redeemable for cash. If you are unable able to attend your tour, you will need to contact us by phone or email within 48 hours to reschedule. Tickets cannot be used for any date other than the date intended without our approval. Tickets must be used within the year they are purchased.
Tours have some adult content, and parental guidance is advised. All guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or older.
Once booked and paid, you will receive a receipt via email. This receipt is your ticket, so please bring it with you the night of your tour.
To ensure the safety of our guests, any ticket holder under the influence of alcohol or other substances may be refused admission without a refund. Any guest that behaves inappropriately towards tour guides, or does not follow tour guide instructions will be asked to leave the tour without a refund.

Gaslight Ghost Tours visits locations that may be located on dark streets, and have uneven pavement, as well as public roads and other hazards. By purchasing a ticket, you agree that you voluntarily assume the risk of injury, accident, death, loss, cost or damage to your person or property and you release the venue, Gaslight Amusement Company LLC from any and all liability resulting from the negligence of the venue and its owners, employees or agents. By reading these terms and conditions and checking the appropriate box to purchase tickets you have consented to hold harmless, waive and release from liability the legitimate owner of the property and Gaslight Amusement Company LLC, its officers, directors, agents, and members for the tour in which you have paid and attended.
